What is the event?
We will be looking at getting all our systems more engaged with the practice of using creative health options for children’s mental health.
We will explore:
- The types of arts and cultural options and the evidence surrounding them
- Children & Young People’s views
- How to implement: we’ll hear from those with experience and share advice on a commissioned arts and culture project
- What are the next steps: opportunity to workshop with colleagues and creating your local offer
- There will also be opportunity to network with colleagues from across the system
Who is it for?
This session is aimed at the children’s workforce across the Greater Manchester, across all sectors (CAMHS, Early help, Voluntary sector, local authority and education)
Why should I attend?
We want to give you the opportunity to learn what options you can bring to your locality, to explore what offer already exists, and to understand how you can bring in a strong arts and cultural offer.
We really could talk about it the need and benefits all day, but why not attend the workshop to learn more?
